How does 30-second billing work?

We round up to the nearest 30 seconds. A 2-minute 15-second interview = 2.5 minutes billed. More precise than per-minute billing.

What happens if I exceed my monthly minutes?

Overage is billed at the rate shown in your plan. PAYG users purchase credit top-ups. No surprises.

Why are there session time limits?

Session limits protect both you and us from runaway costs. Higher tiers get longer sessions. You'll receive a warning before the limit.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes! Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. Prorated automatically.
