- Will my IRB approve this?
- Approval decisions rest with your institution's IRB, but researchers highlight these features in their submissions: explicit consent recording, EU data storage, participant transcript-access and deletion flows, and audit trails.
- Can participants remain anonymous?
- Yes. Don't collect PII in the interview. Use anonymous recruitment links. Audio and transcripts contain no identifying metadata unless participant shares it verbally.
- What if a participant wants to withdraw after completion?
- You can delete their interview (audio + transcript) and remove them from exports. Audit log keeps record of deletion.
- Do you integrate with Qualtrics or REDCap?
